The 2025 Lingshui Half Marathon came to a successful conclusion on Sunday, against the backdrop of the azure sea and sky. Students from Hainan Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (BiUH) either participated directly in the race or joined the volunteer group. With high spirits and full enthusiasm, they exemplified the “power of upward mobility,” showcasing the vigor and responsibility of youth.

Li Minglu, Shi Chaolu, Huhetuge, and Mei Zhengyong, bravely took to the track, completing the 21.0975-kilometer half marathon or the 5-kilometer health run. They pushed their limits in the race, writing their own splendid chapters with perseverance and determination.

The outstanding performance of our students not only brought honor to BiUH, but also set an example for their peers, inspiring more students to strive for excellence and surpass themselves.

In addition to the participants, He Sibo, Chen Zhuo, Jin Dian, Cui Yuxuan, and many other students took part in the event as volunteers.

They contributed silently before, during, and after the race, providing strong support for the smooth running of the event with their actions. They fully demonstrated the sense of responsibility and team spirit of our students, embodying the service philosophy of “enthusiasm, attentiveness, and professionalism” with their practical actions.

We look forward to seeing more of BiUH students in future activities!
