转专业规定

为进一步完善人才培养体系，支持学生根据自身兴趣和发展方向作出合理调整，我校对本科生转专业相关事项作出明确规定。转专业申请需在规定时间内进行，程序规范，审批严格，确保教学秩序稳定与学生权益并重。

以下为《海南比勒费尔德应用科学大学本科生学术管理规定（2025年试行版）》（General Academic Regulations Governing Bachelor’s Degree Programmes of BiUH (Trial Version 2025)）中第五章：转专业规定中的具体要求和流程说明：

 

CHAPTER V: TRANSFER OF STUDY PROGRAMME  

第五章：转专业规定

5.1 Transfer of Study Programme

5.1 转专业

5.1.1 Students may apply for the transfer of study programme within the scheduled period in the first academic year, but not eligible to apply for transfer of study programme in their first registered semester.

5.1.1 学生可在第一学年规定时间内申请转专业，但在其首次注册的学期内不得申请转专业。

5.1.2 Any student can have only one approved transfer of study programme during his/her entire undergraduate study at BiUH.

5.1.2 每位学生在海南比勒费尔德应用科学大学（BiUH）整个本科阶段只可申请一次转专业并获批准。

5.1.3 Students shall submit the application of transfer of programme within the scheduled period themselves, emphasising the qualifications and interests of the programme transferred to.
5.1.3 学生须在规定时间内自行提交转专业申请，并重点说明拟转入专业的兴趣和胜任条件。

5.1.4 All applications must be approved by the Faculty (or the Department) of the programme transferred to. Qualified applicants shall participate in the interview organised by Faculty (or the Department).
5.1.4 所有申请须经拟转入专业所属学院（或系）批准，符合条件的申请人需参加由该学院（或系）组织的面试。

5.1.5 If the courses taken previously are not required by the programme that students transfer to, the results of courses taken previously will not be counted towards the final results for graduation. If the courses taken previously are required by the programme that students transfer to, the results of courses taken previously will all be counted towards the final results for graduation.
5.1.5 如学生先前所修课程不属于转入专业的培养方案，该部分成绩将不计入毕业成绩；若属必修课程，则相关成绩将全部计入毕业成绩。

5.1.6 The delay of graduation and the payment of an additional tuition fee may happen in this case.
5.1.6 在此情况下，学生可能面临延迟毕业或需缴纳额外学费的情形。

5.2 Exemption Exam

5.2 免修考试

5.2.1 After the transfer of study programme, the students who have considerable background in certain areas of our academic program that they have already mastered, and the mastery is determined by passing an exemption exam, which is comparable to a final exam in a given subject. Students may apply for Exemption Exam(s) due to time conflicts on the timetable after the transfer of study programme. Exemption Exam(s) is decided by the programme that the students transfer to.

5.2.1 学生在转专业后，如在某些课程领域已有扎实的知识基础，且通过免修考试（该考试相当于该课程的期末考试）证明其掌握程度，可申请免修。若因课程安排冲突影响课程学习，也可申请免修考试，是否批准由转入专业决定。
