Job Responsibilities

  • Academic Leadership & Program Management
  1. 1. Provide strategic leadership for the Electrical Engineering discipline and degree programs
  2. 2. Lead curriculum design, review, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with international standards and industry needs
  3. 3. Coordinate course offerings, teaching assignments, and academic workload planning within the program
  • Teaching & Student Supervision
  1. 1. Teach core and advanced courses in Electrical Engineering and related areas at undergraduate levels
  2. 2. Supervise bachelor theses
  • Research & Scholarly Activity
  1. 1. Conduct and lead high-quality research in Electrical Engineering or closely related fields
  • Industry, Community & International Engagement
  1. 1. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with industry, government, and professional bodies
  2. 2. Represent the program and department in national and international academic networks and conferences

Job Qualifications

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
  • Practical or collaborative experience with industry in Electrical Engineering International academic experience or a strong international professional network preferred
  • A strong, internationally recognized research record, evidenced by publications in leading journals and conferences preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in university level teaching
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in teaching, research, and leadership
  • English is required(C1); German is desirable
