October 25, 2025, Hainan – The “Future Talents” Industry-Education Integration Week, hosted by Hainan Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (BiUH), successfully wrapped up on campus, drawing active participation from students. Two key industry players—Beijing Crazy Sports Industrial Management Co., Ltd. and Hainan Wansu Technology Co., Ltd.—took part in the event, offering close to 67 internship positions in high-growth fields such as sports entertainment and cross-border e-commerce.

Engaging Sessions as Companies Present Opportunities

Corporate talks held in Lecture Hall 108, Building A attracted a full house. Crazy Sports, a recognized leader in China’s online sports industry, outlined its core operations across sports gaming, knowledge-based services, and event management. The company listed 34 internship positions spanning seven internship types, including roles in game community operations, testing, project assistance, content moderation and operation, and video editing.

Wansu Technology, specializing in integrated cross-border e-commerce solutions, introduced its innovative SBBC business model and bonded new retail operations. A total of 33 internships across 11 technical and business positions—such as Big Data Development Engineer, Data Analyst, and Cross-border E-commerce Platform Developer—were made available for students looking to enter digital trade. A quick-fire Q&A session saw students raise thoughtful questions about role expectations, career pathways, and company culture, with lively exchanges throughout.

Smooth On-site Interviews Win Positive Feedback

Following the presentations, on-site interviews were held in Classrooms 102 and 103. The event was open to all first- and second-year students, and resume submissions surpassed initial projections. Students came professionally attired and well-prepared, impressing recruiters with their industry insight and proactive attitude.

“The students displayed a strong blend of theoretical knowledge and practical awareness. We are pleased with the caliber of talent at BiUH,” commented the Crazy Sports COO Mr. Wei Guilei.

Deepening Ties Between Industry and Education

The “Future Talents” Week forms part of BiUH’s broader strategy to integrate industry collaboration with talent development. By building direct pathways from the classroom to the workplace, the university aims to serve both student career readiness and corporate recruitment needs.

“We plan to further diversify our business partnerships and internship offerings to strengthen industry-education synergies and support the long-term development of BiUH,” said Ms. Zhang Qiao, Head of University-Business Partnerships Department.
