——Background:Dr. Ahmad Ali is currently a Doctoral Lecturer at Hainan Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences, Germany (Dec 2025–present). He previously worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Shenzhen University, China (Jul 2023–Nov 2025). He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), China (2017–2022) and his M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from SJTU (2014–2017), and completed his B.S. in Computer Science at Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan, Pakistan (2009–2013). He serves as a Technical Program Committee (TPC) member for international conferences including IEEE ICPADS 2025, ITCSE 2025, ICACTE 2025, and CSAE 2025, among others. He is also an active reviewer for leading journals, including Information Fusion, Information Sciences, Neural Networks, Applied Soft Computing, Advanced Engineering Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, and IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, among others. In addition, he served as a Guest Editor for a Special Issue in Electronics (MDPI) (2025) and holds additional editorial and leadership roles.
