Job Responsibilities

  • Teach and assess courses in the following core accounting and finance subjects:
  1. 1. Cost and Investment Accounting
  2. 2. Accounting and Finance
  • Develop course materials and curricula aligned with international standards and industry financial practices
  • Provide academic advising and mentoring to undergraduate students interested in finance and accounting careers
  • Engage in applied research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
  • Collaborate with industry partners for consulting projects and practical student training in real-world financial scenarios

Job Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or closely related field
  • Strong expertise in accounting and finance
  • Experience with accounting software and financial tools preferred
  • Industry experience in accounting, finance, investment analysis, or financial consulting strongly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are a plus
