At the meeting, our university’s president Professor Kretschmann and administrative president Professor Guan Naijia presented certificates of commendation to students who had achieved outstanding results in the English competition, and highly praised their outstanding performance in the competition. In addition, President Guan also shared her experiences of learning German and English during her student years with all students and encouraged them to give their all in the final exams to achieve excellent results.

The Academic Affairs Office introduced the upcoming final exam schedule and the teaching curriculum for the next semester to the students at the meeting. These messages helped students  plan their learning schedule and content reasonably, providing strong guidance for them in order to cope with future learning challenges.

The Student Affairs Department also advised them regarding vacation arrangements, guidelines for using student cards and student certificates, as well as warm pre-exam reminders and emotional regulation suggestions at the meeting. These guidelines aimed to help students better deal with the pressures of learning and exams, maintain a positive mindset, and achieve the best outcomes.

The end of the term is approaching, and the new semester is about to begin. We believe that students will have a clearer understanding of their learning goals, establish a positive and upward learning attitude, prepare carefully for final exams, and welcome the arrival of the new semester with excellent grades.
