1. Overview of Student Dormitory Buildings 1 & 2
Student Dormitory Buildings 1 and 2 are located on the east side of Campus Phase I, adjacent to the East Gate. To the west is the Student Center, and to the south are the faculty apartments.
The dormitories consist of two 13-story high-rise buildings with an open ground floor design. With a total construction area of approximately 30,500 square meters, they provide standard four-person rooms and can accommodate around 2,500 students.
Each room is equipped with campus Wi-Fi, beds, wardrobes, desks, chairs, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a private bathroom.
The dormitory buildings offer 24-hour public security services. On the ground floor of each building, there are dormitory management offices, reception rooms, convenience shops, and outdoor activity spaces where students can study, relax, enjoy recreational activities, or hold events.
2. Student Apartments
Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning and integrated furniture, including an upper bunk with a desk below, mosquito net frame, mattress, ladder, wardrobe, washing machine, private bathroom with shower, and washroom facilities.

3. Dormitory Services
Access Control
Dormitory entry is managed through a facial recognition system. Students can register their facial data during the check-in process.
If the system fails to recognize, students may visit the dormitory management office for re-registration.
Dormitory Management Office
Each building has resident dormitory staff on duty 24 hours a day, providing services such as cleaning of public areas and maintaining order within the building.
Shared Spaces

On each floor, the east side features a common lounge area for study, leisure, recreation, or small group activities.

The west side is equipped with a small pantry lounge; usage must comply with dormitory regulations.

In the middle section of each floor, there are two additional public activity spaces available for students’ extended use.
Shops & Parcel Services
On the first floor of each dormitory building, a service area provides essential facilities such as convenience stores and parcel delivery stations.

4. Dormitory Check-in Procedures

Report to the New Student Registration Desk (sign the accommodation agreement).

Provide documents for identity verification: admission letter and ID card.

Confirm assigned dormitory room number.

Register for check-in and receive the electronic door lock password. (The first student checking into each room will also be issued one air conditioner remote control.)

5. Utilities: Internet, Water, and Electricity

Electricity: Recharge online.

Water: Recharge offline using a designated water card.

Students must comply with dormitory safety regulations regarding electricity usage.

6. Parking and Charging Stations
