Mr. Zeng Weilu graduated from Beijing Normal University and Tianjin University. He has extensive experience in basic, vocational, and adult education, lifelong learning, and education policy. He has held key roles at the Hainan Provincial Department of Education, including in the Communist Youth League Committee, General Office, Basic Education Division, and Vocational Education Division. He was also Vice County Head of Tunchang County and Vice President of Hainan Open University.
